Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Brewer specializes in cardiopulmonary care, orthopedics, neuro-rehabilitation, and wound care. We provide patients and residents with the therapy and nursing care needed to return to the highest level of independent living as possible.

Every year, we help hundreds of people return to their homes. While we have physician presence at our center nearly seven days a week, all of our staff is motivated and experienced in helping our patients and residents reach their potential. With extremely low turn-over (30-percent of the Brewer staff has worked here for over ten years), you or your loved one are in great hands.

Brewer serves people from all over central, eastern and northern Maine. We are proud of our Deficiency Free Survey from the State of Maine, our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Five-Star Ranking, and are also proud of our American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award.
